This is my judge for Nightmare Games . She's the in charge of the southern sector; the slums.

Name: Sithembile

Race: Part gorgon, part human

Weight: 134

Age: Looks about 27, actual age undetermined.

Height: 5' 6"

Sithembile grew up in the slums of Mircea’s city. When she was very young, Sithembile bullied the children her age into submission and was considered their leader. Her gorgon abilities helped her achieve this because if she stared at the others long enough, they began to stiffen. When she was in her teens, she became a street brawler. She brawled until she dominated them. Soon she became restless. She found a cult that dominated a large part of the city through numbers and brute force. She acquired her snake tattoo in her time in the cult. She quickly rose in the cult’s ranks where she was noticed by the police for her charisma and the authority she held over others. They recruited her into service. The slum’s citizens had a healthy respect for the police, especially now with Sithembile as one of them. She was easily one of the better officers, as people tended to listen to her rather than risk turning to stone, though they were mostly unaware that she was part gorgon. They just began to notice that those who didn’t listen to her disappeared. When the police chief at the time “mysteriously” disappeared, Sithembile was quick to snatch up the set of power. Mircea met her soon after and thought it would be advantageous to offer her a spot in his ranks and thus gain control over the slums. Her offered her immortality and she accepted his mark. Sithembile is still the slum’s chief of police, but ultimately works for Mircea.
Sithembile’s hair is alive. It isn’t actual snakes, but acts of its own will and her dreadlocks never come apart. She sometimes talks to it. Because of her human attributes, she can “turn off” her gorgon abilities, but her human blood also makes her a bit lame as gorgons go. Where a full gorgon child can turn something to stone, when Sithembile was a baby, her victims became sand. She’s a little like a semi-tone-deaf siren. While she is a watered down gorgon, she makes a pretty intimidating human.
Since humans are fairly oblivious to the supernatural, she freaks them out a bit, especially with her super-realistic statuary collection of angry and scared looking people and her moving hair.
Strengths: Gorgon abilities, above average strength, charisma. She has a longer life span than a human and is more difficult to kill as well.
Weaknesses: Her hair is sensitive to pain. She has no one to rely on because no one trusts her and she doesn’t trust anyone. Unlike a full-blooded gorgon, she is not immortal, which is part of the reason why she joined up with Mircea.
Sithembile is an ultimately selfish being. She’ll leave Mircea as soon as a better opportunity presents itself. She has a soft spot for Ben, though, so she has a tiny bit of loyalty for Mircea.
